It is incredible how much everyday life has changed these last decades.
We used to write letters on paper, put them in an envelope and put them in a post box.
A reply would take weeks, or if you were overseas, months.
Now we simply click an email and they are read instantly !
For telephones we needed an overhead line connection or a public phone box .. now everyone has a mobile.
Oh well, life goes forever on. Be dull if’n it did not..
